Check out http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/ it is a wealth of information and pretty much the only resource I use anymore!!<BR/><BR/>As far as green veggies go.....I pretty much tried them once with Maddie and then didn't introduce them again until she was old enough for finger foods. They are just too icky as purees....I'll warn you, green beans are the WORST....worse than peas!! But when he has a few more teeth and can chew/gum, giving him a few peas at a time are good for his fine motor skills and tastier as are roasted whole green beans. He can gum them to death and eat them that way and its not puree....bleh.
